Erratic Behavior Lands Peninsula Man Behind Bars on Firearms Charges: Police
Police say the man had made comments relating to the use of a firearm.

SAN BRUNO, CA – A 28-year-old San Bruno man was arrested Tuesday in his hometown after an incident where officers allegedly found him to be in possession of two firearms illegally earlier in the week, according to police.
Police said officers responded to the 600 block of Masson Avenue on Jan. 22 at 11:30 a.m. on reports of a man acting erratically. According to police, the suspect, Ryan Deges, allegedly made comments alluding to the use of a firearm.
"A further investigation revealed that Deges was in possession of two firearms," police said in a news release. "One of the firearms had been reported stolen and the other reported missing."

"Furthermore, Deges was determined to be a convicted felon and prohibited from possessing firearms and ammunition altogether."
Police said Deges was arrested two days later after he was presented an arrest warrant, and booked into the San Mateo County Jail.
