If you are the victim of a car accident on Millbrae Avenue due to speeding vehicles, point the finger of blame at the City of Millbrae, and Marcia Raines, because they REFUSE to do anything about that danger!

It is abysmal to see our residential streets turned into highways! The "powers that be" have been informed of the dangers on our streets and yet they do nothing, except give carte blanche to speeders on Millbrae Avenue! Marcia Raines' buddy (if he got a raise, she got a 10% raise) former police chief, Ed Barbarini, (now with the Sheriff's Dept.) have made a point of doing nothing about the speed, volume, or recklessness of the driving on Millbrae Avenue. They obviously WANT people to drive as fast as they please, because they are aware it is dangerous, but won't even put a little sign, or other deterrent, or (God FORBID) actually patrol the street, and at least have an occasional patrol presence! THERE IS NOTHING! SO, SINCE THAT IS THE ATTITUDE OF MILLBRAE, IF YOU ARE HIT BY A SPEEDING CAR, ON MILLBRAE AVENUE, SUE THE CITY, THE CITY MANAGER, AND THE SHERIFF'S CHIEF,  FOR FAILING TO DO ANYTHING TO PROTECT YOU! AND THEY WOULD DESERVE IT TOO!
