Marcia Raines, City Manager, hires an assistant city manager, a new non CPA finance director, pays them big salaries, is contemplating a trip to China, yet Millbrae residents can 't even get a speed readout sign, or other traffic safety from her?

WHY? Something is up with this job jumping, do nothing carpet bagger city manager, and we need to find out what! Other cities were happy to see the back of her, and I second that feeling! What good has come from her time here in Millbrae? She was looking for another city manager position not all that long ago...while she was working here! Guess she decided to get out while the getting was good, but sadly, she was turned down by the city of Alameda, so we are stuck! Back when she was going to be hired, two city council members vouched for her, I also ask them the question...WHY? I think the City of Millbrae is being used BIG TIME; and it needs to STOP!
