The Millbrae Community Enhancement Advisory Committee is encouraging all residents to create the spookiest Halloween house on the block!
Take pictures and submit pictures of your Halloween house at HALLOWEEN.MILLBRAECEAC.ORG or by email to millbraeceac@gmail.com with your name and address.
