Millbrae Now Opens Registration For Distant Learning Supervision

We opened up 20 spaces (first come, first served) for ages 5-14 for Aug 31-Sep 25 (Session 1- $1215) and Sep 28-Oct 23 (Session 2- $1274) for distant learning supervision.

The program will operate from 8 am- 6 pm, Monday-Friday.

For less than $7/hour, your child will be supervised while following their distant learning schedule and work independently! Your child will follow their school's distant learning schedule and complete their work independently.

Please send them with everything they'll need including: computer/tablet, wired headphones with a microphone, all required log in information, pencil, paper, calculator etc. School supplies are not provided. Please pack a lunch that does not require reheating, snacks, and a refillable water bottle for your child.

After each day's distant learning sessions are complete, the students will get a lunch break and then Recreation Staff will lead games, crafts, and sports until pickup. Students are required to wear masks at all times throughout the day (except when eating). Temperatures will be taken each morning, social distancing will be practiced as much as possible, and activities requiring shared equipment or materials will be limited. All local and state guidelines/health orders will be followed.
