Millbrae Online Building Permitting And Plan Review

Although City Hall remains closed to the public, the City of Millbrae Building Division has launched an electronic permitting portal where building permit applications can be submitted.

Previously, the City limited permit submittals to those essential for life and safety, but now the City is allowing electronic submittal for all types of building permits.

To access the electronic permitting portal, please visit: https://millbrae.ca.eprocess360.com/login/link/dashboard.

Users will be prompted to enter their contact information, project information, and upload a pdf of the plans. Once plans are approved and fees are paid electronically, permit cards will be sent in the mail.
