Quake-Related BART Delays Cleared
Tracks were inspected after several earthquakes were logged in the East Bay, officials said.

BAY AREA, CA β An earlier systemwide 10-minute BART delay has been cleared after the agency inspected its tracks after an earthquake in unincorporated Contra Costa County early this morning, the transit agency said.
The transit agency said as of 6:30 a.m. today, all trains are running on time.
A preliminary 3.3-magnitude earthquake struck around 2.5 miles northeast of Alamo in unincorporated Contra Costa County at 4:55 a.m. today, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

This morning's tremor follows three small earthquakes that struck on Sunday within hours of each other near Danville. Those quakes had preliminary magnitudes of 3.0 (10:34 a.m.), 2.7 (10:38 a.m.) and 3.0 (3:23
p.m.), all recorded in a cluster a little more than one mile east of Danville.
