Sandbags Available for Millbrae Residents

Millbrae residents bracing for the storm about to hit the Bay Area are encouraged to go pick up free sandbags.

“In preparation for this oncoming storm system, the city has sandbags for residents and businesses at the parking lot at 1 Library Lane in Millbrae,” city officials announced Tuesday.

The storm is expected to begin dropping rain and bring with it heavy rains come Wednesday afternoon, according to the National Weather Service.
