Senate Bill 827 Could Require 8 Story Residential Housing

SB827

SB827 currently in the Sacramento Senate could require Cities to build residential housing near transit centers as high as 8 floors and with reduced parking and other requirements.

Many of these requirements will be set by the STATE and set regardless of the desires of the local citizens and or their then existing restriction.
