All candidates are prescreened and prequalified and have passed a 17 point screening process including background check, psychometric testing, personality profile, and 32 hours of training.  Infant Toddler qualified Au Pairs are required to have at least 200 hours of infant toddler experience and are required to complete additional training.  Many are also CPR certified.
