National Geographic Photographer and Mill Valley Resident Jim Sugar Will Take Commemorative 360 Degree Photo of Mountain Play's Music Man and Director James Dunn Final Show

Be a part of history! To celebrate their 99^th season, and director James Dunn 30^th and final season, the Mountain Play Association is pleased to have National Geographic photographer, and Mill Valley resident, Jim Sugar, shoot a 20-exposure, 360 degree panoramic photo of the entire cast of the Music Man, retiring director Jim Dunn, crew members, the set, and the audience in the amphitheatre on Sunday, June 17^th. This will be James Dunn FINAL performance as director of the Mountain Play Association. Guests are invited to remain in their seats for 10 minutes after the conclusion of the play so that everyone can be included in this historic Mountain Play family photograph. Don’t miss this opportunity to be a part of Mountain Play history!

Jim Sugar has been a working photographer since graduating with Honors from Wesleyan University in Middletown, Connecticut. National Geographic hired Jim as a summer intern following graduation.  Since then, he illustrated 35 articles in National Geographic Magazine, 3 books for the National Geographic book division, 9 cover stories for Popular Mechanics, and six cover stories for Boy's Life.  His commercial clients include DuPont, AT&T, IBM, SAP, and VISA. He is a long-time resident of Mill Valley, with deep ties to this community.
