Cooking and Baking Classes at PlumpJack Squaw Valley Inn

June 17, July 15 and August 19

Join PlumpJack Cafe’s Pastry Chef, Jon Howard, for one or all three of our summer baking and dessert classes in the PlumpJack Cafe bakery.

Details:
Dates & Times: June 17th, July 15th, August 19th (6-9pm)
Cost: $95 per class
Location: Limited availability, open to eight participants

June 17th (6-9pm) - Artisan Breads
Make: wild yeast culture & sourdough starter
Bake: classic wheat sourdough bread, focaccia, pizza dough for pizza

July 15th (6-9pm) - Frozen Summer Treats
Make: semifreddo, granité, and ice cream sandwiches

August 19th (6-9pm) - Farmer’s Market Desserts
Make: pie dough, jam, shortcakes
Bake: fresh fruit galette, gateau, jam, and shortcakes
