Death Of Man At Yacht Harbor In Marin Under Investigation
Ernest John Rizzuti, 63, of unincorporated Tiburon, was found Monday in the water at the Paradise Cay Yacht Harbor in the Tiburon area.
MARIN COUNTY, CA – The Marin County coroner's office is investigating the death of a man who was found in the water at the Paradise Cay Yacht Harbor in the Tiburon area Monday.
The coroner's office identified the man as Ernest John Rizzuti, 63, of unincorporated Tiburon.
The Marin County Sheriff's Office was informed of the death around 5:50 p.m., Lt. Steve de la O said. Firefighters performed CPR before sheriff's deputies arrived and Rizzuti was pronounced dead at the scene.

A forensic exam will be conducted to determine the cause of death, according to the coroner's office.
