UPDATED: Downed Tree Cuts Power to Hundreds in Mill Valley
PG&E says crews are working to restore power.

A downed tree was blocking a road in Mill Valley and caused a power outage leaving 210 residences without power for much of Tuesday.
At 5:23 a.m., police responded to a report of downed tree and downed power lines near the intersection of Buena Vista and Carmelita avenues, according to a police dispatcher.
The downed tree fell on a vehicle, however no injuries have been reported, the dispatcher said.
The downed power lines are causing power outages for residents in the immediate area, according to the Pacific Gas and Electric website. The outage was first reported at 5:19 a.m., the website states.
As of 7:29 a.m., the website stated “PG&E is sending a repair crew to the outage location,” and as of 11:16 a.m., it stated “PG&E repair crew is on-site working to restore power.”
Crews initially believed power would be restored by noon, but later pushed that time to 1:30 p.m. As of 1:45 p.m., power was still out.
