Drugs Stolen In Takeover Robbery Of Mill Valley CVS Pharmacy

Three men stole a "large amount" of controlled narcotics in a takeover robbery of the CVS Pharmacy in Mill Valley.

MILL VALLEY, CA — Three men stole a "large amount" of controlled narcotics over the weekend in a takeover robbery of the CVS Pharmacy in Mill Valley.

The masked men entered the store at 759 E Blithedale Ave. shortly before 1:30 p.m. Sunday and cased the inside before jumping over the pharmacy counter in the back of the store, where two pharmacy employees were working, according to Mill Valley police.

The suspects ordered the employees to open the pharmacy safe, then told them to get on the floor and keep their heads down, police said. The suspects took the drugs, ran from the store and escaped in a waiting black sedan, driven by a masked woman. The getaway vehicle fled west on Blithedale toward Lomita Drive.

All three suspects were described as black male adults, about 18 years old, between 5 feet 8 and 6 feet tall, with slim builds. All of the suspects wore masks. One suspect wore a black hoodie, another suspect wore a black puff-jacket, and the third suspect wore a black jacket with red and white stripes.

The getaway vehicle was described as a black four-door sedan with paper plates similar to "AUGZ948."
