'Eerily Dark And Orange'​ Sky: Marin County Photo Of The Day

MILL VALLEY, CA — Patch reader Jack Hanshaw captured this picture last week while hiking with his dog in Golden Gate National Recreation Area above Tamalpais Valley in Mill Valley.

"The flash on my iPhone came on lighting up my dogs reflective collar," he explained. "As you can see, it was eerily dark and orange."
