Equator Coffees Hosts Grand Opening Party Saturday

Celebration of new café at 2 Miller Ave. is set for 4–8pm, with Mill Valley Mayor Stephanie Moulton-Peters presiding over a ribbon-cutting.

The long-awaited arrival of Equator Coffees & Teas inside its space at 2 Miller Avenue came last week, and now it’s time for a Grand Opening celebration. The party is set for 4–8pm on Saturday, Nov. 15, with Mill Valley Mayor Stephanie Moulton-Peters presiding over a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony.

The celebration officially completes the transition at 2 Miller from LaCoppa Coffee, which Bay Area coffee pioneer Arnold Spinelli operated as Bonita Coffee Company in the early 2000s, to Equator.
