Instructor Ed Tucker(BA, MS, CMT, CYT),
has maintained his personal yoga practice
since the early 1980's, and is certified
to teach Baptiste Inspired Yoga.
His teacher was Marin County's yoga legend,
Sherri Baptiste.

The essence of our Baptiste Inspired Yoga
practice is the joining of our breath
with our asanas, often with seamless
transitions between poses.

Each class is unique, safe, and inspired
in how we practice alignment, balance, strength,
flexibility, focus, and more.

Whether you are new to yoga, returning,
or a more seasoned yogi, you are welcome
and encouraged to practice at your own level
while continuing to discover ways that you
can take yoga off the mat and into your daily life.
