Self-care for caregivers. This series consists of training in mindfulness meditation, gentle movement and group dialog. The program is designed for people who yearn for more balance in day-to-day life, and it promotes healthy living, renewal and stress management. It is modeled after the mindfulness-based stress-reduction work of Jon Kabat-Zinn, featured in Bill Moyer's series "Healing and the Mind."
