Information sessions to be held Tuesday 1/18 at noon and Wednesday 1/19 at 6pm at the LOLA office at 237 Shoreline Hwy, Mill Valley. Come and find out all about our upcoming LOLA Programs for women. Our Ready, Set, Start! Program begins January 22 and our LOLA Ladies Program begins in March. These casual, quick and informative info sessions will give you more insight into our programs, details of our training schedules & a chance to meet the coach.
