Beginning Guitar

In this fun-filled class, students learn the fundamentals needed to begin playing the guitar and develop a firm foundation from which to grow. Jon's lessons include tuning, strumming, fingerpicking, and chords that will allow students to play and enjoy basic songs. Students must provide own guitar.

For students who have mastered the basics, it’s time to
go where the guitar takes you and learn to play Pop,
Folk, Rock, and other great songs from the
Great American Songbook. This class emphasizes
fingerpicking. Students must provide own guitar.
