Strawberry Village will host the First Annual Jingle Jog to benefit Strawberry Point Elementary School in Mill Valley.
The 4-mile or 1-mile fun run will start and end in the Piazza at Strawberry Village and take runners along the scenic shores of the Strawberry Peninsula.
Jingle Jog proceeds will benefit Strawberry Point School’s playground and environmental science programs. All runners, families, kids, runners with baby joggers, and pets are welcome.
The starting whistle is at 9 am on Saturday, December 3rd. Runners can register online at www.strawberryvillage.com. Registration deadline is December 1. Entrance fee for 1-mile run is $25 and fee for 4-mile run is $40.
Food, family fun and entertainment begins at 9:30 am and continues until 11:30 a.m. There’s a free “Mad Dash” in the Piazza for kids 5 and under. An awards ceremony and prizes for fastest male and female runners in the 4-mile and 1-mile run will begin at 10:30 am. Runners will get Goody Bags provided by Strawberry Village merchants and a free 4x6 photo from Wolf Camera.
