LOLA Beginner's Training Program for women

Team LOLA Ladies Ready, Set, START! program is our begin to run program. This 6 week program is specifically designed for women who are ready to try running or walking with a group, those coming back from an injury/illness/pregnancy, or those that are just needing or wanting to get moving for health and wellness. The program provides structure, accountability, support and camaraderie! Enjoy our non-competitive team environment for women of all ages. Runner, walkers and everyone in between!YOU are the CAUSE...take time for your health.
