Speaker: Ed Everett, Davenport Institute, School of Public Policy, Pepperdine University. The Davenport Institute works with local governments, school districts and civic organizations to sponsor and promote civic engagement and community building efforts around California. Mr. Everett is a former City Manager and has degrees from U.C. Davis and Princeton University.
