Recycling and Composting

On Thursday, March 3 at 7:00 p.m. the Outdoor Art Club is sponsoring a program on recycling and composting. The presenters will be Jim Iavarone, a Managing Partner at Mill Valley Refuse Service, who will discuss the use of commercial services and Joan Irwin, a Master Gardner, who will discuss methods of backyard composting. Their valuable information can assist with the Marin County goal of diverting 80% of waste away from our landfill. This program is free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be served.
