Want to run a 5k, 10k, or half marathon this Spring? Train locally with other women and NO fundraising. Come find out more our LOLA run & nutrition programs for women. Information sessions to be held Tuesday 2/15 at 6pm and Thursday 2/24 at noon at the LOLA office at 237 Shoreline Hwy, Mill Valley. Our LOLA Ladies Program begins March 5. These casual, quick and informative info sessions will give you more insight into our programs, details of our training schedules & a chance to meet the coach. They will also allow you time to meet others and ask questions. It's alot more fun to exercise with others...come and see for yourself!
