Information session to be held Thursday 2/24 at noon at the LOLA office at 237 Shoreline Hwy, Mill Valley. Come and find out all about our upcoming LOLA Programs for women. Our LOLA Ladies Program begins March 5. This casual, quick and informative info session will give you more insight into our programs, details of our training schedules & a chance to meet the coach. They will also allow you time to meet others and ask questions. It's alot more fun to exercise with others...come and see for yourself!
