Triathlon Training Group for Women

This fun and supportive program at Flower Power Sports offers women of all ages, sizes, and levels of fitness a 12-week program focused on completing a local Sprint Distance Triathlon (approx. .25 mi swim, 11 mi. bike, 2.5 mi. run). 

Morning and evening programs to accomodate various schedules.  Our next program starts March 20th.
