Kathy, our instructor guides students through an energetic, inspiring and grace-filled asana class.  Her welcoming approach and attention to individual needs allows students to challenge themselves, let go of old habits and invite new possibilities.  Her classes are a blend of vinyasa flow and alignment focus.  Breath, meditation and spiritual insight are interwoven throughout the practice to cultivate a calm, focused mind and inspired, joyful heart.
