Man Goes Missing At Muir Beach
BREAKING: Park rangers are leading a search for Tyler Silva, 21, who is believed to be missing near Pirate's Cove Trail at Muir Beach.
MARIN COUNTY, CA – A search and rescue operation is underway Monday for a missing man at Muir Beach.
Tyler Silva, 21, is believed to be missing near Pirate's Cove Trail in the unincorporated Marin County community of Muir Beach, according to the Golden Gate National Recreation Area.
As of late morning, park rangers were leading a search for Silva. The search is taking place on roads, trails and the coastline between Muir Beach and Tennessee Valley, a small, undeveloped area near Mill Valley.

The search began when family notified law enforcement, according to Dana Polk, a spokesperson for Golden Gate National Recreation Area.
