Marin Woman Wins Microsoft Lawsuit: Report
A Sausalito travel agent sued after the Windows 10 update wreaked havoc on her business.

Sausalito, CA — A Marin County travel agent who won a lawsuit last month against Microsoft is just one example of the ire the Seattle-based software giant has drawn from some users of its Windows 10 operating system, according to a news report.
An article Saturday in The Seattle Times mentions Teri Goldstein of Sausalito, noting that Goldstein won $10,000 from Microsoft after she sued the company, claiming Windows 10 created havoc for her business.
"I had never heard of Windows 10,” Goldstein told the newspaper. "Nobody ever asked me if I wanted to update."
