Mill Valley Property, Permit Information Now Online
The new database is a "powerful tool" that can be used to access public information, according to a city announcement.

MILL VALLEY, CA — A database containing Mill Valley property and permit information can now be found online via the city's website, the city of Mill Valley recently announced, calling the database a "powerful tool" that can be used to access public information about properties and respective planning and building records.
According to the city announcement, available property information includes assessor data, such as lot size, building square footage and year built; zoning and land-use designations; and FEMA floodplain designations.
Information active and past building permits dating back to 2012 can also be found.

A section containing information about projects and planning approvals has past and active projects that have undergone planning review — and is where the city says the majority of all planning records on file about a property can be found, with the exception of historic subdivisions.
