
I’m happy to report that our market held steady during the second week of November. There were, however, a few notable changes. The under-one million crowd stayed about the same in activity, but pending properties did go up. The biggest highlight was the increase in properties going under contract (Contingent Status) that were listed over one million. Buyers were really out and about making deals in this demographic. There wasn’t a lot of action going on in the condo arena, but we did see a few escrows close. Days on Market overall has floated a bit upwards, but that isn’t too surprising for this time of year. And sale price percent to original list price has consistently hovered between 95 and 100 percent for all categories.
