November 1: Time to Weigh-in!

Yesterday on Halloween I got an email that said Happy Thanksgiving.  Today my Facebook friend posted "time to put up your holiday lights!"

The holidays--people--have arrived!

Do you know what your starting weight is for The Holidays Games?  

The key to not waking up next January 1, 2014 weighing 5 to 7 pounds more is to start today.  Weigh today and log everything you eat and how much and how many approximate calories it is day by day.

Make it a game. Just play.

I read once if you want your life to be better you can choose to count things.
