Openings on Marin County’s Cultural Services Commission

There are openings for at-large and District 3 representatives on the commission. District 3 includes Mill Valley.

MARIN COUNTY, CA – Community members are invited to apply for Marin County’s Cultural Services Commission.

There are openings for at-large and District 3 representatives on the commission. District 3 includes Mill Valley, Sausalito and other communities.

The Cultural Services Commission studies and recommends plans and strategies to the Marin County Board of Supervisors related to the development, funding, management and operation of the Marin Center, the Marin County Fair, visitor services and other cultural services. In addition, it encourages donations of funds for cultural purposes from private sources.

The application deadline is 5 p.m. Jan. 20.

Interested applicants can apply online or learn more about the application process by calling the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors at 415-473-7331.
