Police Arrest Teen For Allegedly Prowling Mill Valley Neighborhood
Officers arrested the 17-year-old male suspect on suspicion of several offenses and booked him into the Marin County Juvenile Hall.

MILL VALLEY, CA – Police arrested a teenager Wednesday morning after Mill Valley residents reported seeing him prowling homes in their neighborhood, authorities said.
According to the Mill Valley Police Department, patrol units were dispatched around 8:30 a.m. to the area of Surrey and Oxford avenues, where a resident reported an 18-year-old black male or light-skinned Hispanic male possibly prowling in the area. The suspect allegedly walked onto several properties, knocking on doors and ringing doorbells, police said.
Police found the suspect, and after an investigation, officers confirmed the 17-year-old male had been around several homes and had also been confronted by another neighbor. Police also found burglary tools in the teen's possession.
