Roundup & Gluten Problems

Have you noticed how so many people today seem to be avoiding gluten/wheat?  It's "today's issue" and explored in depth in the book "Grain Brain" by Daniel Perlmutter, MD.

That's a book I highly recommend you purchase (only $6.99 on Amazon Kindle), load onto your smart phone and grab in paragraph increments as you're experiencing waits...appointments, delays, air travel, etc.  Perlmutter makes the case for grains being at the heart of inflammatory diseases, which includes all the killers: diabetes, cancer, heart disease, etc.

As of February 21 there's an even more ominous update: the link has been established between glyphosate--the main ingredient in Monsanto's Roundup--and the increase in gluten intolerance and celiac disease.  According to recent statistics that's been placed at 68% increase from 2000--2012.

The authors of the study claiming to link the two, Anthony Samsel and Stephanie Seneff, published in the journal Interdisciplinary Toxicology, 2013, vol. 6 (4), 159-184.  Journalist Jon Rappoport (Www.nomorefakenews.com) addresses the abstract in his February 25, 2014, blog post.

What is the immediate significance to you?  We now have proof that non-organic food (food often treated with Roundup) is likely causing the extreme increase in gluten intolerance and NCGS (non celiac gluten sensitivity).  If you are suffering with symptoms of any sort, symptoms which might be classified as allergies, I recommend that you seriously commit to eating organic only, this is particularly important when dining out.  Sure, it's inconvenient to look for restaurants that serve organic food, but your health--your most prized possession --depends on it!
