Seeking 3 BDR Rental

Hello. Owner selling our rental house of 2 years. We are a family of 5, with children in Old Mill and Tam High. We LOVE living in beautiful MV and seek a 3+ rental. Prefer flat neighborhoods so our kids can continue biking to/from school and aren't car dependent.
My husband is a bonded, insured, licensed contractor and willing to work partly in trade for housing situation as well. I work full time in the cable t.v. industry. We have both owned homes and believe in preserving your home as if it were ours.
