Senior Access offers Free respite days for fire affected dementia evacuees

Free days for fire evacuees with dementia at Senior Access in San Rafael. Call Jen Tripathy at 415-491-2500 x140 for more information.

Those with dementia may be frightened and confused in evacuation center conditions. Senior Access in San Rafael is offering free club days to those fleeing the fires who have dementia. Senior Access is a social day club serving those with memory loss and their families. Club hours are from 10 am to 3 pm weekdays. We have mind-body-spirit activities, a nutritional tasty lunch and staff trained in the specifics of dementia care needs.

Please help a someone with dementia get out of the large group setting for awhile and enjoy peace and a fun social program at Senior Access by passing this information along.
