Several Auto Burglaries Reported In Sausalito
Suspects ransacked vehicles in multiple neighborhoods and stole valuable items that could be removed quickly, police said.

SAUSALITO, CA – Several Sausalito residents reported car burglaries or thefts from vehicles early Saturday morning, police said.
A majority of vehicles involved in the cases were unlocked and property inside the cars was visible from outside, according to police.

Police are actively investigating the cases, and said many of the thefts were crimes of opportunity that could be reduced by removing valuable items from cars and locking vehicles.
Officers are asking for the public's help in identifying the suspects, especially from residents who have surveillance cameras at their home or business.
