Valentine's Day menu at the Tiburon Tavern

Celebrate this Valentine’s Day with a romantic evening hosted by the Tiburon Tavern. Executive Chef Tim Humphrey has prepared a delectable menu that offers your choice of dining a la cart or prix fixe priced at $55 per person, with an optional wine pairing for an additional $25. The prix fixe menu includes your choice of one item from each course and a complementary glass of sparkling wine. The first course features dishes such as the fines herb crusted shrimp with roasted squab, butternut squash soup and chicken fried quail with buttermilk dressing; the second course offers the mixed mushroom bucatini, seared gulf coast red snapper and herb roasted NY strip loin; and the final course offers the chocolate croissant bread budding, blondie sundae and more.
