WHO WILL BE THE NEXT MARIN IJ VOLUNTEER OF THE WEEK?
Nonprofits of Marin, tell your volunteer's story and recognize them for going beyond the call of duty in our community!
Every week CVNL features a Volunteer of the Week through a partnership with the Marin Independent Journal. Volunteers represent the spirit of our community by demonstrating solidarity and compassion towards the people of Marin. Volunteers are outstanding individuals that go beyond the call of duty by putting others before themselves. Our goal is to give recognition to individuals that have unique and interesting stories that demonstrate the desire of serving the community. We’re here to thank and honor these volunteers.
It is super easy to submit an entry! All we need is:
- Nominated volunteer’s name and city of residence
- Photo of the volunteer
- Short description of your nonprofit agency
- Short quote about the volunteer from their supervisor
This is a free service for nonprofits, and is a great way to raise awareness for your organization and cause, and as well as publicly recognize the work of your volunteers. Email your submission to mcruz@cvnl.org today!
