There were not one, but two jackpot wins in the region. Both wins were in the same SuperLotto Plus® drawing. The top prize last night was $7 million. Since there were two winners, they will split that amount. That means these lucky players just scored $3.5 million apiece!
You think that’s something, look at how close these winning retailer locations are. One ticket was sold at the Arco ampm located at 15531 San Pablo Avenue in Richmond (Contra Costa County).

Last week, a woman claimed $1 million for a ticket purchased at the USA Liquors located at 148 Calaveras Boulevard in Milpitas . Story here: Milpitas Liquor Store Sells $1 Million Winning Lottery Ticket.
Today’s winning numbers are: 1-5-30-16-24 and Mega number 7. Each winning retailer wins a $17,500 bonus just for selling a jackpot winning ticket. (Keep in mind, these retailer bonuses are from a separate fund and are not subtracted from the winner’s prize. They don’t have to wait for the winner to come forward before being paid either.)
The California Lottery urges both winners to sign the back of their tickets in ink, keep them in a safe place and visit any of the nine Lottery District Offices as soon as possible.

There are two locations in the Bay Area. One is in South San Francisco (820 Dubuque Avenue) and the other in Hayward (2489 Industrial Parkway West).
Because someone matched all six numbers in last night’s draw, the SuperLotto Plus jackpot resets at $7 million. Tuesdaynight’s Mega Millions® jackpot is an estimated $246 million, while Wednesday’s estimated Powerball® jackpot stands at $176 million. As we saw last night, anything can happen!
