Child Missing From Milpitas Library Found Safe
More details expected this afternoon after news conference.
A child went missing this morning from or near the Milpitas Library, according to a library administrator.
Chuck Griffen could not say when the child went missing, but a library employee said the library at 160 N. Main St. has been closed since about 11:45 a.m.
According to NBC Bay Area, the boy was with his mother at the library before he disappeared.

Milpitas police said the child was later found safe and they’re interviewing library patrons as part of the investigation.
Officers swarmed the area near the Fremont BART station as part of the investigation into the missing child.

Milpitas police are expected to reveal more information about the investigation at a news conference at 3 p.m.
