Coroner IDs Man Killed In I-680 Crash In Milpitas
The 42-year-old died Tuesday night following the solo-car accident near Calaveras Boulevard.

MILPITAS, CA – A 42-year-old man who died in a crash on northbound Interstate Highway 680 in Milpitas on Tuesday night has been identified by the Santa Clara County medical examiner's office as Patterson resident Froylan Andrade Serrano.
His loved ones shared memories of him on social media, remembering him as a good friend and a fan of the Monarcas Morelia Mexican soccer club.
The fatal crash was reported around 8:45 p.m. on northbound Highway 680 north of Calaveras Boulevard, according to the California Highway Patrol.

Officers said Serrano made an unsafe move and lost control of the vehicle, which veered across the northbound highway lanes and struck a tree.
He was the lone occupant in the vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene.
