Fatal Hit-And-Run Reported Wednesday Morning In Milpitas

Police are investigating a fatal hit-and-run crash that occurred early this morning in Milpitas.

The initial crash was reported at 3:36 a.m. at North Milpitas Boulevard and Jacklin Road and resulted in a fatality, according to police.

The suspect vehicle was later found nearby at Coyote Street and Redwood Avenue but the driver remains at large, police said.

No other information about the case was immediately available this morning.
