Large Power Outage In Milpitas

MILPITAS, CA — PG&E reports that most of the 1611 customers without electricity in Milpitas have regained power. At one point, most of the Manor neighborhood was without power. At some homes, the electricity has gone on and off multiple times since about 3:30 p.m.

Now, just 115 homes are without electricity.

The power outage also included parts of both Calaveras Boulevard and North Abel Street, including traffic lights. That power is also back on.

PG&E expects all power to be restored by about 7:45 p.m.

A cause has not been disclosed.
