Man Arrested For Alleged Indecent Exposure At Milpitas Park

A 45-year-old Milpitas man was arrested Thursday afternoon for allegedly masturbating at Pinewood Park where children were present, police said.

Phung Cong Pham was arrested at his home after the Milpitas Police Department received a report at 3:15 p.m. that a person was masturbating while watching children as they walked home from school, police said.

Officers were unable to locate the suspect at that time, but investigators received information allegedly linking Pham to the crime, and he was arrested without incident several hours later at his residence near Pinewood, police said.

Pham was booked into the Santa Clara County Main Jail for suspicion of felony indecent exposure.
