Milpitas PD Seeking Home Break-In Suspect

Police provide a description based on images captured on video surveillance.

News from the Milpitas Police Department:

The Milpitas Police Department is currently investigating a residential burglary in the area of Paseo Refugio and Santa Rita Drive. The suspect was captured on video surveillance and is described as follows:

Suspect: Hispanic Male Adult, approximately 18 to 21 years old, 5’ 08” to 6’ 00” Tall, Medium Build with Short Black Hair. He was wearing a light blue long sleeve shirt with a light color name tag or name plate on the front, light blue jeans and white with black Converse shoes.

The suspect was picked up immediately after the burglary by a newer, Orange or Reddish, four door compact sedan.

Please be aware of this suspect and suspect vehicle in your neighborhoods. If you see this suspect or suspect vehicle on your street, please do not hesitate to call the Milpitas Police Department via 911.

Burglary suspects will often knock on the front door prior to committing a burglary. If there is no answer, the suspect will often enter the backyard and force entry into the home. Please be vigilant in keeping yourself and your neighbors safe. Report any suspicious person(s) or vehicle(s) immediately.
