Northern California Warms Up: Record Temperatures Set

The temperature reached 74 degrees Saturday in San Francisco.

Several locations in northern California saw record high temperatures for Saturday, National Weather Service officials said. In Healdsburg, the temperature reached 80 degrees, breaking the old record of 75 degrees set in 1906.

The temperature reached 74 degrees Saturday in San Francisco, breaking the old record of 71 in 1992.

At the San Francisco International Airport, it was 76 degrees, six degrees higher than the old record set in 1984.

Records were also broken in Santa Rosa, Half Moon Bay, San Jose and at Moffett Federal Airfield and at Oakland International Airport.
